Yes. We provide project-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements for all commercial projects prior to commencing on site. These are reviewed against your site requirements and can be submitted through any standard RAMS management platform.
What notice do you need to mobilise?
For most commercial projects we can mobilise within 3–5 working days of instruction. For larger contracts we'd ask for as much programme visibility as possible to ensure resource availability.
Do you work within occupied buildings?
Yes. We're experienced working in occupied offices, hotels, and healthcare environments. We can schedule works outside core hours and implement appropriate screen-off and ventilation procedures where required.
What insurance do you carry?
