Who We Are
Sycamore Sealants is a specialist mastic and silicone sealant contractor operating across South East England. We work with main contractors, developers, and homeowners on commercial and residential projects of all sizes — from hotel fit-out programmes to single bathroom re-seals.
We started the business because we saw too many projects where sealant — one of the last and most visible trades on site — was rushed, incorrectly specified, or poorly applied. We wanted to change that. The result is a company that takes its specialism seriously and has built a reputation on a consistent, professional finish.
Our Operatives
All Sycamore Sealants operatives hold valid CSCS cards and the relevant health and safety qualifications. We work across a diverse range of project types — hotels, offices, new build residential, listed buildings, and private homes — and our team has the experience to handle each environment appropriately.
On commercial sites we understand the protocols: inductions, signing in, RAMS submission, working within other trades. In private homes we work tidily, with minimum disruption, and communicate clearly throughout. The approach changes; the quality doesn't.

- Quality — The joint is done right or it's done again. We don't sign off on work we're not proud of.
- Correct specification — The right product for the substrate and application. We don't use whatever's cheapest if it's not appropriate.
- Communication — Responsive to calls and messages. Quotes returned promptly. You'll always know where we are with a job.
- Compliance — CSCS cards, insurance certificates, RAMS — all in order before we set foot on site.
Areas We Cover
We're based in the South East and cover Kent, Surrey, Sussex (East and West), South London, and Essex. For larger commercial contracts we can discuss extended coverage. All areas within the South East are covered at standard rates — no long-distance surcharges.
